【摘要】:ThispartofEN474dealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttowheelandcrawlerdumpersasdefinedinENISO6165:2006,includingcompactdumpers,andcompactdumperswithstandingoperatorwhentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).TherequirementsofthispartarecomplementarytocommonrequirementsformulatedinEN474-1:2006.ThispartdoesnotrepeattherequirementsfromEN474-1:2006,butaddsorreplacestherequirementsforapplicationfordumpers.Thispartspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsduringcommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofdumpers.PedestriancontrolleddumpersareexcludedfromthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletodumpers,manufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
