【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardpresentsdefinitionsoftermsandspecifiessafetyrequirementsandtestproceduresapplicabletohand-fedpoweredshreddersandchippers,includingthosewhichhavevacuumassistedcollectionandareusedinastationarypositionandaredesignedprimarilyforusewithorganicmaterialatandaroundthehome.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytoshreddersandchipperswithfeedopeningsgreaterthan400mm×400mmmeasuredattherelevantsafetydistancetothecuttingmeans.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotspecifyrequirementsforunitspoweredbyanexternalpowersourceorforpowereddischargeunitsintendedtobroadcastmaterialorloadvehicles.MechanicallypoweredfeedintakemachinesorattachmentsareexcludedfromthisInternationalStandard,asaremachinesforwhichthecuttingmeansiseitheroneormorenon-metallicfilaments,oroneormorenon-metalliccuttingelementspivotallymountedonagenerallycircularcentraldriveunit,wherethesecuttingelementsrelyoncentrifugalforcetoachievecutting,andhaveakineticenergyforeachsinglecuttingmeansoflessthan10J.Theelectricalaspectsofelectricallypoweredshredder/grindersandshredder/baggershavingavoltageexceeding42Vd.c.ormainsconnectedarenotcoveredbythisInternationalStandard.
